TI’m Carolina. I’ve spent the last 20 years in product management, turning messy, real-world customer problems into end-to-end solutions that (mostly) work. My professional home has been e-commerce and retail tech, where I’ve learned how to build things people actually need, not just things that look good in a slide deck.
Off the clock, I’m a mom navigating the very real, very human challenge of co-parenting. Along the way, I found myself surrounded by other parents doing their absolute best with the tools, knowledge, and emotional bandwidth they have—raising children across two homes, two calendars, and sometimes two very different philosophies.
The challenges are many. The support systems? Not always great.
That’s why I built Bridge-it: to support, educate, and make co-parenting a little less overwhelming (and a lot more humane) for couples who want to do it better. I bring the experience, the empathy, and the genuine desire to help—because I’ve lived it.
